Terms of use of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE

The Instituto Voluntários em Ação, CNPJ 02 551 238/0001, Non-profit Organization, located at Rua Deodoro, 226, centro, Florianópolis, state of Santa Catarina, CEP 88010-020, holds at the World Wide Web, the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE to exclusive use of registered users.

The terms of use is a contract, settled online, according to Brazilian laws, article 442 and 425 of the Civil Code, law number 10.406/2002.

The user must accept the terms and conditions of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE in order to gain access and rights of use of the tools and information provided in the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE.

a-) promote diverse social work as well as events;

b-) advertise volunteer opportunities;

c-) register Organizations through individual websites;

d-) serve as search engine for volunteer opportunities;

e-) promote E-Volunteering.

The user

The use of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE is open to:

- Organizations interested in having volunteers and promoting and advertising social projects;

- Companies that are willing to promote the idea of volunteer work among its employees and/or;

- Individuals willing to participate in volunteer activities.

Regarding the Non-profit Organizations, Government and other organizations, it is their responsibility to indicate one or more individuals to be their representatives, who will have access to the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE. This nominated user will be linked and representing their organization.

The Non-profit Organisation, Government or other organisations are solely responsible for all the content of their organizations' website inside the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE, as well as the "Opportunities and Highlights" section.

Regarding the individual users, the minimum age to register is 18 years old. The registration of an individual who is under 18 years of age is extremely forbidden. Exceptions are at the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE discretion.

The PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE does not allow any kind of material/financial transaction, purchasing, selling or donations through its website.

The PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE reserves the right of denying any registration for no specific reason and no previous warning.

The use of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE

The PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE can only be used by registered users. The use of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE aims the determined purposes detailed on the "Purpose of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE" clause, being forbidden any other activity that is not present in its terms.

The use of the PORTAL VOLUNTÁRIO ONLINE by the users is only possible after the completion of the user registration, whose data will be treated according to the Privacy Policy.
